Create a LiNK account

Create it once. Use it for everything.

Browsing needs no account at all. Create one when you want to save a home, request a showing, place a bid, list a property, or offer your professional services — and the same login covers every one of those, whenever you get to them.

Create your LiNK account

One account covers every role. You can be a buyer today, list a home later, and offer professional services after that — all without a second login.

or sign up with your email

We send a verification link here. The account cannot transact until you use it.

Used for SMS verification codes. Multi-factor authentication is required for every LiNK account.

Password strength: enter a password

  • At least 16 characters
  • At least one capital letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one symbol
  • No runs — not "aaa", not "123", not "abc"
Security questions

The spec asks for "the 3 questions" without naming them. Three security questions are assumed here, set at sign-up and used during account recovery.[ TODO — needs client decision ] Login spec line 'Ask the 3 questions' — which three questions, and whether they run at sign-up, at every login, or only during recovery.

[ Static prototype — this form does not submit and no credential is collected. ]

Offering professional services? Create the account first, then complete service provider onboarding — it adds a role to this same account rather than creating a second login.

What happens after you sign up

Three steps, none of which need a support ticket. Every one of them is specified on the log-in page, where the states they produce are rendered in full.

  1. Step 1

    Verify your email

The address behind the account is verified before it can transact — whether you signed up with email, Google, Apple, or Microsoft.

  2. Step 2

    Set up multi-factor authentication

MFA is required on every LiNK account, not offered as an option. You choose the method: text message, email, or an authenticator app.

    See the MFA step →

  3. Step 3

    Start where you are

No role to pick. Save a home and you are a buyer; list one and you are a seller too. The same login carries all of it.

No role picker before sign-in

The spec is explicit: the system works out the role after authentication and routes accordingly. A buyer lands on the buyer dashboard without ever being asked what they are. Where an account carries more than one role, LiNK opens the most recently used one and offers the rest.

Already signed in? Go straight to your profile, or to buyer settings.

[ Administrator and Customer Service Representative roles exist in the Profile spec but have no destination in this prototype yet. ]
