Privacy
Messages are retained per LiNK policy [ TODO: link policy ] — transaction-linked threads longer than general enquiries (DR-9). Message content is never read by staff except through the compliance role, only on a reported thread or legal process, and every access is logged.

Delete my account
Deleting removes your saved homes, saved searches, and buyer profile.
It does not erase a transaction. Offers you submitted and messages tied to a transaction are retained for the period in LiNK's records policy; your content in other threads is redacted while the thread itself survives for the other party (DR-9).
