1. Nature of your offer
You are expressing your intent to purchase the property at the terms you specify.
Your offer is not legally binding until accepted by the seller and formalized in a signed agreement. Your offer is contingent upon final review by your selected closing agent as well as the seller's closing agent. Upon final review by the closing agent of both buyer and seller, a formal purchase contract will be ratified and the parties will move to closing and conveyance of the property.
Sellers may accept, reject, and counter your offer at their discretion.
2. Potential legal obligation
If your offer is accepted and a purchase agreement is executed, you may be legally obligated to complete the transaction.
Failure to do so could result in financial penalties or loss of deposits.
3. earnest money A "good faith deposit" — funds a homebuyer pays upon an accepted offer to demonstrate serious intent to purchase. You are responsible for:

Conducting inspections
Reviewing disclosures and reports
Consulting with legal, financial, or real estate professionals as needed

5. Contingencies

6. Financing responsibility

8. Fees and charges
LiNK may charge service or concierge fees for certain features or services.

9. No guarantee of transaction completion
