How LiNK handles reviews
How LiNK keeps reviews honest
- Verified transactions only. Only a homeowner with a completed, matched job can leave a review.
- One review per completed job, per provider. Hire them twice, review them twice.
- Spam and duplicate detection runs before a review publishes.
- Anyone can report a review as inappropriate — the Report button sits on every one.
- LiNK staff moderate reported reviews against the community guidelines.
- An audit trail records every edit and every moderation action.
